A Spaghetti Yogurt “Mess”

I will be back later today with more words, but I’m off to yoga school. I did invent a new “mess”. Genius, I tell you.

I make a mess of everything

Simple: Greek yogurt, semi cooked spaghetti squash (I like it a little crunchy) cinnamon, cocoa powder, nooch, chia seeds, and peanut flour.

Off to do yoga, and have you ever wondered if cows are simply dyslexic yogis? (mooo….ommmm)

  1. I’ve never had spaghetti squash. It seems like a lot of work. Anyway, sometimes I do make a huge salad and add in whole wheat rotini and plain Greek yogurt as the “dressing.” I guess that’s my yogurt spaghetti (pasta) mess. Not quite as creative!

I was wondering where you were going with the “cow” thing…

    • Its actually very simple, you just cut the squash in half, take out the seeds, and roast it until its soft. You can always do the short cut and microwave it. Greek yogurt is so versatile like that. I make loads of different sauces with it. I suppose its my “sour cream” alternative
